Is anybody here would be sleep with music? Way back when I was a high school. Whenever I sleep every night I will sleep in the living room where our radio has been there. I was get near to the radio to listen the music and got sleep. My mom always scolded me and then said I'm only wasting the current.lol. But I never listen to hear though, it's been my habit listening on music every night.
Until now I listen music whenever I go to sleep but not frequently just rarely. And not in the radio but in my phone. How about you guys? Can you sleep with the music?

When I listen to "Sleep Music" I normally sleep within 10-20 mins (I sleep within 30mins- 60 mins without it).
When i wake up I feel totally refreshed, but I can't remember anything 10mins-20mins after going to bed- I mean anything(i don't even know if had dreamed- but 10 mins before i wake up i catch glimpses of dreams).

I find that I can better sleep at night with music on ever since I had my three kids with me. It makes them less susceptible to sudden noise and lets them sleep a lot longer at nights.

Hi jaijaye, I'm a music lover. I enjoy my everyday life to have melodious music to accompany me all the time if I really could Yeah, there is no problem to have my favorite music airing at home. There is a local radio station which broadcasts only songs in the three main languages here. It's so nice that we could pick our favorite station to listening to either latest songs, oldies, Jazz, etc.
I really relax when listening to soft and light sentimental music at night. Especial those played by violin and erhu as well cucurbit flute (hulusi). I always play music on the radio station I love before going to bed. I enjoy listening music either awaking or sleeping in low volume. The music I love makes my dream sweeter
Happy posting!

I can't sleep with music on. I try to sing along or if it is clasical, I would critique it! I do go to sleep to the t.v. I like the sound of a speakig voice. I love putting my t.v.on a movie channel and falling asleep.

Since i was small i never used to sleep with the radio on.I cannot sleep with the music. It depends on different peoples nature on the way they get sleep. In the morning sometimes when my dad used to put christian music. That would wake me up and i would not get sleep after that.I have a friend who keeps the headphones in her ears and goes to sleep. If the music was very soft and the volume was very slow of the music maybe i would get sleep.

It depends on the music. If it's a calming music, I can sleep with it. If it's a very noisy music, It gets on my nerves and I surely can't sleep at all. On the other hand, if I'm very tired, It happened to be able to sleep on any kind of music, but I experienced a very bad sleep and the music kept on singing in my head even if it happened to stop at a certain moment. Generally I can sleep very well without any music or noise.

I used to be able to sleep with music on when I was in middle school, but as I got older I found that I couldn't sleep or study with music because I would just pay attention to it instead and wouldn't be able to sleep or do homework. I definitely need a quiet atmosphere so I can focus on one thing at a time.

I tried in the past, didn't work. It also depends on what kind of music. I think if I turn on some soothing one - I would.
I'm aware that some people can sleep with heavy metal music/songs. Some can sleep with bass on. It's just how different people react differently.

Not music. When I am working nights I easily sleep on the sofa, in front of the TV. I think it bloscks out the background noise.
Not that I sleep as well as I would if I were in bed, at night.

I need music to put me to sleep each night; it's like a routine for me already. I normally turn on my iPod touch and leave it playing until I get up the next morning. Yeah, some might consider it a waste of energy or battery, but I think it's justified since the good night's rest I get is worth much more. Besides, I do not have to pay for the electricity I use because it is paid for by my employer, so I don't have to worry about that aspect.

They say that music can soothe the savage beast. Why wouldn;t it help you get to sleep as well? I enjoy listening to music at bedtime. it can lull me into a place where i can drift off to sleep.

My ex used to like to sleep with the music on or the TV. It drove me nuts! He used to snore also and that kept me up. It has to be completely quite for me to sleep. I never fall asleep watching TV or in a car! Sometimes, I wish I could sleep in a car, bus, or plane, as it would make the trip go faster. I must be warm, laying straight out, and it must be quiet. I am a very light sleeper and any kind of noise will wake me up.
