Can anyone recommend a good company for pet health insurance?

I was only contemplating about getting some pet insurance but after I took my dog to the hospital for the second time this year I am now sure that I need some type of insurance or the bills are going to kill me. Just this last trip cost me $600. But since I don't know where to start or what to look for I was hoping someone here can help me out.
