M Natsir is one of the influent nasional leader in indonesian history, his name can not separated with islamic modernization using legal instrument in politic and da'wah, he was the former leader of great islamic party MASYUMI and also the founder of DDII (Dewan Dakwah Islamiyah Indonesia)
Mr. Mohammad Natsir also former indonesian prime minister and he was setup mosi integral to bring back Indonesia into unity and become NKRI again.
M Natsir name almost dissapear in our historical discussion until the goverment declare him as indonesian hero in 2010.

hai satria hijau...
how are you??
iam happy if any indonesian make discussion about our heroes..
for me, i know about m natsir.
he is one of the heros for our indepedence..ya, some of us forgive him because m natsir is a type of hidden persons...he always like work without known by public..
so thats why some of us never known him..he is not popular like soeharto and hatta but believe me, he is one of the key person when we declare our independence day

after Masyumi dissolved by former president soekarno because refused to join Nasakom, mostly masyumi leader create a new organization (DDII - Dewan Dakwah Islamiyah Indonesia) which not move on politic but on dakwah, social and education,,,i think now masyumi generation not only in PBB or PPP but spread in all over party,,,even many of them not longer interested on politic,,,m natsir still become central figure which much followed until now
