Sorry seems to be the hardest word

It is not easy thing to say. Other people just show it instead of saying it. Whether it is just a matter of pride or just pure awkwardness or some other reason, it varies from one individual to another. Anyhow, is saying sorry is enough to make up he things we did or said? Somehow it is not in some cases.

I use "sorry" daily and when I say it, I really think it. It's not hard to say sorry and smile to other person. Sometimes the body language could effect on others better that just telling "sorry"

It will be ideal for a person to do both. Ask for apologize (say sorry) and fix the mistake. Sometimes it is not enough just to show and fix things. People want to hear our statement that we are sorry, but sometimes "sorry" is meanningless without action. So, do it properly and accurately.

i easily say sorry esp that i know i hurt someone even unintentionally. but i agree that sorry is often abused by so many insincere people
