If you can a healthy body then you follow many type of daily instrutions if you not follow a instrution then you are not be make a healthy body
1. At morning time as take a fitness exercise and yoga
2. At morning time get to be race/walk 3 to 4 km per day
3. After exercise take a fruit juice and fruit or health diet as your requird
4. And time to time eating a food
5. Time to time evining walk and few time getting a outer atmospher present air then casuse frest mind and healthy body
