Relay Games / Outdoor Games, what can you suggest?

Hi Mylotters! We are going to have a reunion, and I would like to prepare an outdoor games/ relay games. Can you please suggest some which is not that common and which will create real fun and excitement. During Christmas parties, can you suggest also some which I can prepare too? Thanks!
