Do you usually experience flu every morning?

In my case I usually had a flu every morning and ends with runny nose. When I search it on the internet I discovered that I have allergic rhinitis. All the symptoms that I experience all of it falls on allergic rhinitis signs and symptoms. There are lots of medicines can be buy at the pharmacy but I'm afraid to try it because I don't want my body to depend on it.

I have allergic rhinitis and I sometimes have runny nose in the morning or when I wake up or smell something I dont like, sniffing dust, dust mites, pollen, etc. I take anti-histamine called Virlix. I dont really rely on it, I just clean my room, specially my bed, the air-conditioning and molds that sometimes build up when it's cold.
