A good healthy habit

Exercise is truly helpful to maintain good health. It helps our body to improve our stamina and useful to our blood circulation. It is no doubt that when someone who exercise regularly and have a good diet this someone live a healthful living. It takes at least 15 minutes to have a good exercise. So, why not every one spend such time to stay healthy? Why such all people are crazy by not doing it?

A good healthy habit includes on how to exercise. Because we need physical activity to stay healthy. The benefits of regular exercise are well documented. We need to find exercise routines that are fun and match our individual tastes. Developing a good exercise routine is a habit tat will increase both quantity and quality of life.

It is a time tested truth that exercise is good for health. It keeps some diseases if not all away. It is a very good sign that more and more people are now being aware of the importance of exercise and taking it in their own ways. Walking is a good exercise as goes the proverb. So my suggestion to all is that if you cannot spare time to visit a gym, either spend some time on 'yoga' or in walking. You may either go to your place of work by walking or return from there on foot. This will curtail your expenditure on patrol and also help in reducing environmental pollution. So grow the habit of walking daily.

Certainly, excersize is a way to keep healthy. I would do physical excersize as reguilarly as my time permits. One of my favorite ways for excersize is jogging. I would go out to the park near my house in the evenings after I get back home from work, and go jogging for atleast 30 minutes. I feel very refreshed after the jogging. On days when I get back home a bit late, then I would do excersize at home only for a few minutes. That helps too.

Hi!
There are many habits being harmful to our health. We know them but we still do.
Good habits we can do in our abilities but we don't. I think the main reason is we are lazy. If we change, our life may be better, happier, healthier.
I know exercise is good for my health. Its takes me only 15 minutes, but I feel it very difficult. I would have to get up earlier. The time I exercise I can sleep more. I'm afraid to change. But I also want to have a exercise every day. I wish I have a friend to do together.
I am too crazy.
