Nowadays, an increasing number of museums are admission-free to visitors home and abroas. The hidden reason behind this is not hard to analyze as there's a growing awareness for the authorities regarding the urgency of popularization of culture, knowledge and hisstory with every average person in our society. Only with free access to this live'database', can most people fully enjoy what museums could offer to them. What's your opinion on this topic?

Wow it is excellent, I am one who enjoys museums and well here not only is the entrance fee expensive but the parking is also outrageous. So to take a family of let's say four could be a bit too expensive.
I so enjoy cultural and art museums so this would be an a okay deal for me.

In my country there are some museums that are free on certain days, the rest of the time you have to pay if you want to visit them. I think this is a good solution, because the tickets are usually pretty expensive and on the free days everyone is able to explore the exhibitions and learn new things including people who can't afford to to buy the expensive tickets. It would be great if the museums were always free, but I think that it would be difficult for many museums in my country to survive if they didn't earn any money on tickets, so certain free days for instanse once or twice a week is probably a more realistic option.

Thanks for your comment. I also hope all museums could be free to us. But this might give museums a very heavy economic burden which directly impedes the sustainable development of these organizations. So I hope our government has to work out other ways to collect funds to solve the problem.
