whats this suppose to mean? really, it sounds cool and its usually seen in ptc's. im guessing its somehow related to scamming people, but does anyone of you have the exact explanation for this? thanks. ps. in what language is "ponzi"!?

Ponzi scheme are like get rich quick scheme, you can read more on wikipedia.
