Using and sharing templates...

I was visiting another phtographers page the other day and I noticed that they have a seperate shop page where they have templates for albums and announcements. The thing about these templates are is that you can purchase them through the photographer site and use them for your own pictures. As a ne photographer I think this is something that I would love to offer through my own website, I think that this is something that if I was able to figure it out both on how to get them to my computer and then to get them to the customers than it would really give me a leg up on some of the other photographers around my areas. The question I have is this: I am a part of a company that offers templates, I know that I can purchase them through there for the customers but I am not sure of how once i purchase them for them how I then go about getting them to them, is there a program I have to use or a certain file? I have searched online but is getting every answer but the one I am looking for so I thought to ask mylot because there may be someone on here that has done it first hand and can help me out...Thanks!!
