How do I earn on Peoplestring? / myLot

Ok, so I know that a lot of people here use Peoplestring. But how do I earn there exactly? I am not into getting referrals at all costs, so is the only way to earn there to get referrals or are there other ways too?

Hi I belong to people string. You earn be referrals but also by playing games,make it your toolbar and search from there,watching a short video-logging in and out. I only have 1 referral but so far have 2.55--there is also a game on there called mad millions which actually is an app you put on facebook but you could actually win a million!!
