Trolls

Well one of the sites I am on a lot has been infested with trolls, one annoying troll who is a programmer, who seems to get off on showing everybody how "smart" he is at getting around the site controls and pissing everybody off.
I figure people like that, especially this person, are overcompensating for the fact that his male member is way smaller than average (kind of like the Grinch's heart).
Maybe that's what motivates this troll, but what do you figure motivates the female ones?

The female trolls? Most probably they want to prove that what men can do, they can do better.
Some women can put on a smile while harbouring a grudge against the person she smiles at. As what causes the grudge may be due to reasons best known to them. They find the Internet as a convenient place to vent their frustration by stepping on the toes of other people.
As a matter of interest I know of a case where a woman became promiscuous after getting infected with HIV. The reason? She wanted to take revenge by infecting as many men as possible. No wonder some people say hell has no fury like a woman scorned. In this case maybe they gain real satisfaction by trolling other members.

We are moving away from the original discussion but I think some clarification is needed.
1) Statistics may give a general picture, but never the exact situation. The rresult of a statistical research depends on many factors including demography, age group, marital status, religious belief, and honesty. Results vary, and can be way off the real truth.
I would like to invite you to www.freewarefiles.com. On the home page there is a poll, which is a statistical research, asking for visitors favourite browser. Opera ranks third, garnering 9.8% of the total votes. This can be considered as a surprise since I read somewhere that less than 1% of Internet users prefer Opera. Another site monitored different websites, and added traffic from China. While Opera remained at 2% the result for IE6 was a surprise because it showed an increase in the percentage number of users.
Have you heard of the phrase that statistics can lie?
2) The statistics you mentioned seems to emphasise on married women. I have met married women who are good at hiding the truth behind their answers. Ponder on the statements which I heard with my own ears
a) I did not take off my clothes when we were alone. True, and the husband believed it. What actually happened was the other guy took off her clothes.
b) I regarded him as my husband (during the extra-marital affair).
c) It did not happen the way you said it. Of course not, because the husband was not there to see what actually happened.
From my experiences interacting with women, I have learnt to ask specific questions when it comes to matters concerning s*xual relationships.
Men tend to take pride in scoring with women, thus are more willing to admit about their s*xual conquest(s).

This one troll was going on about how great his life was, great programming job, hot girlfriend, etc. But if his life was so darn great, would he be wasting his time pounding on a website that pays a few pennies a week?

Are you sure you are saying it is myLot.. LOL, so many of us have been infested by this outbreak in the last week.
I have dropped form 97/100 to 93/100 in a matter of days, and I have read a great many discussions about this infestation happening to so many.
What motivates the female ones, my guess utter jealousy and hatred.

They are compensating for the fact that they are not men? Or they have to be twice as nasty to prove they are half as good as a man. It is just a power thing. Maybe they need a divorce.

hmm..well from what i can say from being a moderator on boards is it's usually a popularity contest of some kind.and sometimes "let's see how far me and my netclique can push it with the board owners".

Based on all of the experiences that I've had with trolls in the past, I think that the thing that motivates them is insecurity. When Paul was little I was very involved on a child based forum and there were more than their fair share of trolls. The worst, however, was one that got one of my friends thrown off of the board because of the fact that she let her son have his first sucker when he was five months old.

Female trolls want small children to put in their soup. Everybody knows this. At least everybody who has read the right fairy-tales :-)

I went to an art exhibition with lot of drawing by Michelangelo last week. In Albertina in Vienna. He could draw, and seemed very fascinated by muscly part of male bodies. Nice parts :-)
Also some Albert Dürer paintings (part of the exhibition that's always there), he could also draw. And a special Picasso exhibition, but he couldn't really draw in that way. Fascinating how he "picked apart" people though, arms and ears and faces all over the place.

hi Dawnald. maybe shes angry cause she has too tiny boobs and wants'
huge ones so she takes it out by trolling instead of going and getting
a boob job. lol. I just wish I could give the big boob wanter some of my excress boobs myself.We still have a few trolls here from what I have read from other mylotters. they love to whack the ten star people down to 5 or 6 , must be they have no other life at all.

Probably frustration I would imagine and a rather low IQ! I don’t mean to sound critical here but what on earth do these people get out of trolling everywhere? Are they having fun? Maybe they don’t know what fun is if they think that this is in any way entertaining. It is strange what is out there in the world...Annoying and strange...

It's the Green Eyed Monster. Yes, plain and simple, that is what motivates all trolls, but I feel especially the female ones. They see a perceived threat and with all the instincts they possess they do everything they can to destroy that object, person, or such. It's sad really. I'm not saying every woman is this way, but definitely the female trolls. I almost feel female trolls are worse than male ones. Eventually you can bite a male and he'll go away. Alpha driven female trolls are very difficult to get rid of.

Trolls want attention. It has nothing to do with member size or any other such inadequacy. Sometimes it also allows for an opportunity to showcase a talent, except in the wrong forum. Don't get me wrong, I dislike trolls as well, but really, do you have to sink so low as to insult the man's equipment in order to successfully vent about the situation?
