Hello fellow mylotters. It has been days since our cat, Muring, disappeared. She would always come during breakfast time and our dad would feed her with our leftovers. She would always purr when she wants something and we would give in because we have already learned to love her. We love having her around but lately she is nowhere in sight! My dad thinks that maybe she met an accident and died. I hope that is not the case. I miss her already. Though she really isn't a registered pet since she's a stray, should I report her missing to the authorities? What do you think?
Did you ever experience something like this?

My dad said that Muring is a girl. And maybe you're right. Maybe she did have kittens. If ever this is the case, I hope that she and her kittens are alright. Thanks.

If the cat is stray then she can live in any condition. I think she might have got any other cat lover who is feeding her. Don’t worry she will come back once she needs you. I have many stray cats who come once they are unable to find any food. I give them food they came and sleep as they feel safe here. They go away because my mom don’t like them. As soon as they know that my mom is out they will come back. So don’t worry she will come back.

I hope that you're right. But I guess we shouldn't hope that she would still come back. Maybe she is happier somewhere else. Thanks.

You called her a stray and called her your cat. Which is it? If this was my personal cat it would Never go outside to start with. My cat never goes out that way i know she will never get lost outside or eaten by some racoon. I hope your cat comes back but it will be your fault if it doesn't.

She was a stray until she started staying with us that is why gave her a name.

That's sad. At least you now have a new cat. I wish she'd come back. I miss her. Thanks.

I think that there are a few things that you could do,you could put a few posters up saying what colour the cat is aswell as if it was a boy or girl cat, also pin the posters to trees, lamp posts, also ask people that would have seen the cat if they live near you.You could ring animal shelters even though it is stray explain that you had been giving it food as you were worried about it not getting fed.

We do not have animal shelters here in our place. Or I guess we do but I just do not know any or where it is. I did ask some of neighbors though but they have no idea where she is. Thanks.

I do not think the authorities will write a report for a missing cat, if it was not intentionally stolen. What you may want to do is print some pictures of her and post them around the neighborhood.
Maybe someone saw the Kittie wondering around and does not know who the rightful owner is. Instead of posting a random for the kitties return, say the owner is so very heartsick and unable to pay for it's return. Do find it within your heart to send my Kittie home.
Good luck this is truly sad.

We actually asked some of our neighbors if they saw Muring and they have no idea where she is or if they saw her. Some claimed they saw her but I don't think that was her. The problem is there are a lot of cats who look just like her. So maybe they mistook those cats as her. thanks.

I guess so. I just miss her so much. My family misses her too. Thanks for the response.
