i just watch the resident evil afterlife and I'm disappointed

hello guys i just watch the movie resident evil afterlife 3d but i just watch it without the 3d effect because this service is not yet offered in our area. i don't know if its different if I watched it in a 3d cinema. because the action sequence is not that great in normal cinema. and i don't like the story its short and there is nothing going on in it. umbrella is still in command and they are still hunted. i love the resident evil 1 and 2 thats it.....for me 3 and 4 are irrelevant.

I know what you mean. These last two Resident Evil movies have been really disappointing. I honestly don't think it'll make a lot of difference whether you watched it in 3D or not. The story for Afterlife was bland at best. I think they were more concerned with the action then the actual plot of the story since it didn't go anywhere. Seriously, it doesn't do the story for the game justice at all. But then again after watching the third movie my expectations for this fourth one wasn't too high so I wasn't surprised by how lame it was. I think I'm going to stick with the CG Resident Evil movies. Those at least follow the story for the game.

you got that right...I've watch d cg resident evil regeneration and its much better than the afterlife the storyline and the action it self. do they make another cg movie of resident evil? or may be an anime?

I read somewhere a few weeks ago that they were making another CG movie which would be a sequel to the first one. That's all I've heard so far though. But it is something to look forward to.

It's impossible to make a good movie about a video game... 3D is really just fancy packaging for a terrible movie. It's no surprise really.

Did you see the first two though? I thought that the first two were FANTASTIC. I could watch them all day! I agree about the 3D thing... if something is in 3D it probably means it's awful and people are just trying to find a way for it to sell better, LOL. ... except Avatar. That was an AWESOME movie.

I haven't seen it yet, but to be honest, I'm nervous to. Is Valentine back in it? She was my favorite character and the fact she wasn't in the 3rd Resident Evil was AWFUL for me. I loved her. But the first two movies were just SO GOOD and the third was awful. I think they set the bar too high for themselves. I am going to wait for this one to come out on Netflix and not bother seeing it and paying for it.

Tbh so where we but we saw it in 3d 3d was nice but the only thing that was like wow 3d was the title coming up i know exciting right. The whole film lact what it should have had it was more based on resi 4/5 which was cool but nothing old school stood out its even more annoying knowing now there is gonna be a 5 if u saw the little sneak scene in the credits and now its just gonna go on sadly i will still go and see the 5th even though i wasnt happy with the previous 2 but thats what im like lol
