According to my insurance, I got to visit the dentists every 6 months, which mean twice a year for teeth cleaning procedure. It is a routine. Recently, my teeth gotten really bad, and I have to visit the dentist more often. I overspend the insurance money already, honestly.

I have not visited my dentist for quite a long time now, may be over three years. My teeth are fine, have no problem or pains at all. But, my dentist has been reminding me to come in and do a routine check. I suppose that I should be doing regularly.

Healthy and shiny smile is the best medicine for self confidence. People seldom understand the importance of maintaining the teeth. Cleaning, polishing, hence we will come across people whom we would hate to be closer to,due to bad odour and smell.
Hence, it is my routine to visit the dentist every 3 months on my will. I like to make sure that my teeth is in shape and well maintained.

This is the doctor a hate the most, the DENTIST!!!
I dispise the noises the machines break, especially the one that sounds like a drill it makes my teeth ache. But unfortunately I can't skip out this particular health care. My normal routine is about every 5 to 6 months.
