Bad Breath

That sounds like the best solution! I never knew what to do in those times too... I hope I have mints left in my purse! Hha.

Me, I could not tell, same as you no guts to tell the truth, I don't know how to tell. It's up to him/her saw my facial reaction. Sometimes I covered my mouth when he/she is talking.

I dont actually tell my friends they have bad breath what I do is I take a piece of breath mint and tell them its great and they should try it (i dont use the normal breath mints mine have green tea and things in them. So good)

Wow this was along time ago! LOL maybe I'll just give it a bump! I would also offer gum but it will also depend on my relationship with the person. If we were really good friends and the problem is persistent, then I would take the time to talk to him about his/her problem. I would find a way to help him/her.

I don't think there's a way you can tell your friend that he/she is bad breath without hurting their feelings. For sure they will get hurt just talk to her privately and tell her that your doing this because you care for her. You don't want her to be the topic of your other friends because of her bad breath. I'm sure she will understand that. Make her feel that you're really concerned.

It's funny you should ask, we have a co-worker that at our office, that every other day has horrendous bad breath. And he is the type of person that tends to stand close to you while having a conversation, and it drives me crazy. It has actually made me nauseous with the sensation to gag on numerous occassions. And that's actually not the worst part, apprently he sometime drawls and there have been occassions where that white crust remains next to his mouth and it is so disgusting. I have been working with him at the same office for more than 10 years and I still haven't had the courage or anyone in that matter to tell him he has awful breath. He's not a bad, he has a great heart, and the last think we want to do his hurt him, but it sometimes tend to get a bit disgusting.

It all depends on how close you are to your friend. You can always tell her/him if she/he understands you.It is better if you asked them if they were suffering from any mouth infection. That way won't be too harsh.

Ill tell her frankly that she has bad breath, but depends also how close we are as a friend. But ill tell her in a nice and sweet way.

yes maybe I would tell him to be all right for him to not hurt his heart. and I will give him suggestions for his mouth to be fresh and free from odor. maybe that's all I want to suggest to you.
