What are your ways of getting slim?

Here's mine:
1. Take off pork and beef in your diet.
2. More fruits and vegetables.
3. Snack only on fruits and sandwiches.
4. Stay away from sweets.
Here's what I have read recently:
1. Buy a New Bra. The goal is to create as much space as possible between your waist and chest so your torso appears longer and leaner.
2. Wear a V-Neck Top. The downward diamond shape optically elongates and narrows so you don't have a cutoff point where the actual neck stops, which gives the illusion of extra inches.
3. Invest in Shapewear.
4. Show Off Your Legs. Bare legs can be the sexiest look of all, as long as you're committed to keeping them in top form.

I try to eat healthy (more fruits and veggies; less meat) and exercise at least 30 minutes everyday. To be able to lose some weight we need to burn more calories than we take in

i dont have any slimming ideas for you, har har har but my wife has. on what i observe she dance everyday as her exercise and has a dvd of karen voight. she drinks a lot of liquids. she does not take of pork and beef but she eats it with small portions. she still eat cakes and burger but only in weekends and sometimes does not. diet means intake of a balance diet not depriving you from eating something that also gives your body energy. she drinks a vitamin that is mailed for her from australia. that is what she do. goodluck with your geting slim but dont go too much just stay healthy.

Another thing that you can do in regards to the clothing that you wear, you can use vertical stripes in your favor because of the fact that they give the illusion of being longer than you actually are.
When you are in the game of weight loss, two things that I've found that work for me are to not restrict myself from eating anything that I like to eat, and eat what I like in moderation. Also, make sure that you are drinking plenty of water.

Hi santosmarichris!
My workout is very simple actually because my intention is just to stay healthy and not to build muscles. I believe in doing a little everyday and So for 20-30 minutes every morning I do my stretching exercises. I watch my diet and try to have enough water and sleep everyday.

simple... i'm in a few-frequent diet. i eat a half cup of rice or 2 slices of bread every meal and munch into healthy snacks every now and then... :) as much as possible, i only take rice for breakfast - since that'll make a heavy meal for me... then have bread or pasta for lunch and dinner.

These all sound like good advice to me, they make a lot of sense. But I have tried some shapewear, and I have to say most of it is really not that comfortable, so that is the only tip I have a slight problem with...

for me i am going to take my breakfast 1 cup of rice , fish , fruits , vegetables,and bread. But do not to eat to much sweet and fatty foods . sweet foods like chocolates.
