Why I have no star?

I have seen a star of different color by the side of user. But I miss it in me.
why?
Is there any option to get the star. Has there any option of being premium or regular member.
But I have not find such option. So any person will help me to get the star?

Yes from the responses above I come to know that star is added after 100 post.

The star is your reputation :) Once you get to a hundred posts, a star will appear next to your name and the number inside indicates your reputation, which is how you are perceived on MyLot :)

I was really confused to that I have no star. But other have. Your response put light on this matter.
