Good day to all MyLotters:
My friend/girl friend's 2GB flash drive is broken. The last time she plugged it in to a USB port, the volume is no longer detected. Its LED indicator doesn't blink anymore too. They tried to format that drive but the message would display "There is no disk..." What is the solution to this problem. Do I need to have a software to repair it. Thanks.

Almost no solution for this. When any pc does not detect the flash drive means there is physical damage of that drive. You have to change the drive.

Thanks for responding.
Actually, the PC can detect and install the drive and its volume. However, when we check its properties, the window would display that its file system is unknown and the volume is 0bytes.

My PC seems to detect and install all of its components. However, I'm having trouble with fixing its volume.

you mean you cant detect your flash drive on your computer? try to connect again and if the computer read your flash drive jsut format it may be it has a virus. happy mylotting and keep up a good work.
