Natural Resources?

America, India, and China are one of the largest emission producing countries, and have not signed the Kyoto agreement which meens they will not promise to cut down on emissions, furthermore they have increased, it is said that the amount that America has spent on wars in the recent years, that sort of money could have made all the problems with pollution and global warming disappear, Add your opinion!

Simply put, money does not make global warming go away. America's war was an over-expenditure, but that same money would not have cured any problem with global warming or pollution in China or India unless it was used to invade those countries and forcibly implement "green" practices there. America's money used in Iraq has nothing to do with the developing world's carbon footprint.
