Did you walk regularly?

According to them, walking is important especially those old people because it can help them to enhance their memory back. for me, walking is good but not only for the old people but also for the teens right? Do you believe it?

Walking is the next best thing to regular workout routines for maintaining health, lose weight, relaxing, and just to make you feel better mentally and physically. I walk daily and can make the walk as relaxed or as strenuous as I want. I know it benefits all people of all ages.

yeah, you are correct carb. It is also help us to feel better and circulates our blood. for me, I walked during the afternoon about 5 pm because the sun is not too hot and I can walk 2 miles from our house. I use todo alot of walking aswell as riding a bike,in the country.However now i am unable to hardly walk,so no chance of that or going on a bike ride.I do try to encourage my children to walk alot as i think that keeps you feeling young.I am not allowed to drive anymore,so if my children need to go places they have to walk now,where as i use to give them a lift when they wanted to go any where.

Riding a bike Jugs is a good exercise too because it helps us to maintain our body figure and our legs are working too.It is okay jugs if yo cant walk anymore too hard as long as can do an exercise just like riding a bike. Yes, I have a daily walk. Everyday I go to work and go home on foot. It spends me about half an hour. I regard it as my regular exercise. And it is also good for my health. The live depends on the exercises. I love China

you are right daily walk is a good exercise even if it is not long hour at least we walked. According to the expert even 30 minutes walk is enough a day, so better not walk how many miles. Well, Thanks for sharing your comments with us and have a nice day ahead Godbless

walking is great for people,it not only releases the good endorfines,think i spelt that right,but it's also very good for your health,,i myself am unable to walk much due to illness,which is a great shame as i used to like walking
