Ever encounter Team Leader with attitude problem? Well I do experienced harsh, bias, and very incompetent Team Leader assigned in our group. It was unhealthy working environment when dealing with her. Imagine this, she eaves drop everything that you say and interpret and assume things. Worst isn't it? She didn't even know how to approach her group in a proper manner. Sad to say, the company was spending thousands just to give Team Leaders seminar in handling people in the company but everything was worthless...She didn't even know how to inform the group of the assigned tasks! She even exaggerate things to get attention.. But then, I do pray she change to become a better person...
