Hello doormouse. My friends have a netbook but her netbook is not good for saving plenty of files because their capacity hasa limitations and also there is no card reader attached when you buy netbook. so, you need to buy in your own and the webcam also is not attach unlike the laptop, the web cam is there and also the card reader. so, we can save money.

I think both have their own uses. Since I only need the computer to check my emails and write documents, I think a netbook would serve my purpose very well. The laptop can be quite heavy and I don't find it very comfortable using it. I prefer the netbook as it is lighter and more comfortable to use anywhere.

Yes, they are useful in all aspects but there are also different. people who are the one to choose what they want either a laptop or a netbook as long as they are comfortable. But in the field of my work which is I have plenty of files to save and need to install photoshop, I need a laptop not a netbook.

I will choose the laptop, too. Although netbook is smaller and seems to be much more convenient than the laptop. However, I don't think it works as well as the laptop. The netbook is sometimes like a large PDA for me. However, the laptop is a real computer and you can use it to do many things without limitations.
I love China

Yes, I do agree with you youless. Netbook is smaller than laptop and then it is easy to carry but it is only for chatting, surfing the net, encoding in the microsoft ord but not good for business because it has limitations unlike the laptop. it is like a real desktop that you can carry wherever you go.The features of laptop is like the personal computer and it is good for saving, editing photos etc.

Hey careguarden! I have a PC that I use most of the time. I
also have a laptop. I went away for 2 weeks and I was going to
take my laptop with me, but with all the rules about taking
stuff on the plane and it being so heavy I ended up not taking
it. I wasn't sure I could get a signal since my Mom has no
computer. I really wished I had a netbook because it is smaller
and more portable.

Hi,
I just got a netbook few months back and I find that it
is pretty user-friendly.
At first, I am not get used to it because the screen is so small and
my eyes feel tired easily, but after awhile, I found it is alright and
now I have get used using my new netbook.
I bought Samsung brand, user friendly and I sticked to my
netbook everyday.

Well, thats fit of your preferences shia. But for me, I choose laptop because it is not small and also I loved to have a big screen just like our personal computer at home. these two are user friendly but theuser must choose which they like most.
