It is between exercise and diet, I know you have to do both in order to really lose weight, but I am not good in doing both so I have to choose one.
Diet for me is possible, but sooner or later I start craving for sweets and stuff.
As for exercise, I am too lazy to do exercise. I tried, and I think I did the wrong routines, ending is my legs hurt instead of the parts of my body I want to work on.
What do I do? It seems I'll stay chubby forever! hehe

I won't stand any chance if I'm on a diet. I would prefer exercising rather than diet. It's safer and I could eat more freely than when I'm on diet.
I've seen many people who are on a diet get diseases and couldn't work well. besides, exercising is more fun than diet

For starters, I NEVER say I'm on a diet otherwise I feel restricted. If I say I'm watching what I eat, I tend to truly watch what I put in my mouth. The best thing you can do is limit your portions, you're still getting the sweets and stuff but within a certain limit. If you decide to go in the exercise route, you can always just go for a short walk everyday. Walking is the best exercise and the easiest, fastest way to lose weight! I started going to the gym and honestly I was on the treadmill the most and for the first two months that I went, I lost about 10 - 12 pounds just by walking on the treadmill and drinking plenty of water. I still ate just about the same as I always did, the only thing I was doing was walking more and drinking a lot of water. You could make water your own drink, it's another great way to lose the weight. Ice cold water boosts your metabolism, so it's best to start your day off with one! You could always do the trick that in the morning you get in the shower and turn it on ice cold and stand under the water for 30 seconds, this boosts your metabolism and it's said to shed inches on you without you doing much. I think I read somewhere that if you want to add to that, each day you suck in your stomach and hold it for 15 seconds and then release and you repeat it a few times, THEN you do the cold shower, which apparently will help you lose several inches in a month! Hope some of this helped :)

I would prefer following diet chart and do some exercise. But I agree temptation of sweets creates a problem.

Both is nessesary. try eating simple and healthy, its not like you need some speacial diets.. and do exercizes daily and dont overdo it, hurting muscles wont do Sh** . a bit more walking , use stairs , sometomes print a bit , make ur body move all the time. Too lazy to do anything?! Put on some metal and go insane until ur pumped out :D
