Bymistakely i clicked on anticheat ad on paidtoclick.co.in

I was clicking on ads on the site paidtoclick.co.in and there was one ad named "anticheat-Do not click on this ad".I clicked it bymistakely and now i m suspended and not able to sign in or sign up another account.What to do? how do i get back my account?
