transfer money to alert pay ..

i want to transfer some money to my alertpay account ..problem is in my country (india) its not allowed to transfer money directly to them .. (the direct local bank transfer is not allowed) i have money in my account ..i want to transfer 50 dollars into my alertpay account ... and i am willing to pay a little more as commission or charge for transfering .. plz tell me what are all the solutions to this problem
