Causes of earthquke?

I've been heard about many earthquakes in the world. But I don't really know the true causes of each earthquake. Can any one explain me ?

Earthquakes are usually caused by the drastic movement of the Earth's crust.. this caused by a volcanic explosion or a moving fault line (caused by sliding Tectonic Plates).. most of the time, earthquakes are caused by nature .. although man can induce one if plans to interfere with nature.
