Hi friends,
The Australians have lost their test series against the Indian team. They were cleanly bowled by the Indian team for 2-0.All the players will be hungry for a win. They will be gearing up for their ODI series against India.Mean while, the Indian team will be playing without the presence of senior players. The absence of senior players might be an advantage for the Aussies.

I think given the way both the teams have played over the past year and half, they have had differing results in the two formats of the game. India has been awesome in Tests and average in ODIs, whereas Aussies have been great in ODIs and average in Tests. So in that sense I am pretty sure that there will be more fight from the Aussies in the ODIs. Also remember in the ODIs they are still the number 1 team and India is only the number 2 team!!
Cheers!

Hi,
The results between the two teams have been always different in all the formats.I agree with you.The Australian team lost their test series due to some minute mistakes in their second innings of both matches. It was too close in both of the test matches. The Aussies would be really hungry for a victory. All the players will be working hard for victory in their upcoming matches. It is going to very tough between the two teams.Hoping for an exciting and a thrilling match between the two teams in their upcoming series.

Yes, the series was close and exciting. The difference between the past few years and now is that India won all those close important moments whereas previously it used to be Australia that used to win those moments. So the shoe is on the other foot now!!
Cheers!

Hi,
I think the major reason for the downfall of the Australian team is because they miss their senior team mates. Most of them have retired from the International Cricket. So the Aussies might be struggling for a while, but not too long. After a time, they would start their fire against their opposition.

Hi,
The Indian team are missing some of the senior and experienced players. The youngsters would be playing for the Indian team. They will struggle against the strong bowling line up of the Australian team.Shewag the dangerous batsman is also not included in the ODI series. The Aussies are really hungry for a victory. They would show up all their talents and skills against the Indian team.Hoping for an exciting and a thrilling match between the two teams. We may also expect some close games .

Australia is a very good team. And yes, they can bounce back anytime. They have a strong line up.
Definitely India will also look for series win again. But they will miss their seniors a lot. It can be crucial and might favored the aussies.
Lets see the ODI series.

Hi,
Yes,you are right my friend. The absence of senior and experienced players for the Indian team will be a great happiness for the Australian team.Usually the Australian bowlers would bowl at a great speed. The youngsters of the Indian team will be struggling against the strong Australian Bowlers. So this will be the time for the Aussies to take revenge on the Indian team.Ricky Ponting is also not playing for the Australia team.So both teams would fight well to win their upcoming match.Hoping for an exciting and a thrilling series between the two teams.

Australians are No 1 side in ODI's. They are capable of bounce back. They have a very good ODI team. Indians have rested the senior players for this series giving youngters chance. Everyone has seen how young team performed in Zimbabwe. Hope the youngsters learn from the mistakes they made during Zimbabwe series. It's going to be a very competitive series. Hope India comes on top.

The Indian Squad is a very young and fresh squad, they have to show their capabilities to overcome the Australians, but Australians will be employing some other tactics to win Indian Side.
The chances are very less for Australia to win India, because they play without Ponting.
Micheal Clark has no experience and i don't wanna say, how many runs he scored in the test series.
Even the most experienced two times world cup winner captain Ricky Ponting is not playing and he has lost the test series in India!!

Hi,
The main disadvantage for the Indian team will be the absence of senior players. The opener Shewag is also not playing for the Indian team.So the Indian team will struggle with their opening pair.Absence of Shewag will be a great happiness for the Australian team.Their danger batsman was Shewag.Definitely the Aussies would come up with certain plans and tactics against Indian team.Clarke may not have experience in captaincy. But he is also a talented and skillful player. The Indians would be also happy because of the absence of Ricky Ponting. The Australian team lost the test series because the batsman failed to steady the second Innings. We cannot blame Ponting's captaincy for that.Hoping for an exciting and a thrilling contest between the two teams.

There is no any doubt that Aussies are number one in one day cricket and they always learns from their defeat so always they are on top position. So now in final one day match against India they can bounce back because they never want to clean sweep in one day series. So I think they fight back against Indian team with their best final 11 players.

Hi,
It will be difficult for the AUSSIES as they miss some of their key players. They have been missing some of their key players due to injuries. They have also rested some of the senior players. These changes have affected the team in their recent series. But sure this time they might bounce back and keep revenge on the Indian team. The Indian team needs to be careful as they need to win their final match against the AUSSIES to win the series.Hoping for some action packed thrilling match tomorrow.

Hello sami,
One days matches is all together a different format than test matches. Also there are lots of changes in both the sides after test series. As one day internationals not only requires good temperament and skills but also fielding and running between the wickets, This is the reason why australians will have an edge over Indians before the start of the series. Australian team has the potential of bouncing back, and it will also be testing time of Micheal Clarke both as a captain and as player, till now he has scored only 35 runs in 4 innings in this tour.

Hi,
I agree that ODI matches are different from the test matches.A lots of changes might affect the team but it won't be effective because both teams are missing their key players.ODI matches can be easily won by terrific fielding and running between wickets. Also good batting an bowling will also be needed. The Aussies have these skills. You have said that the Indian team are not good enough in those skills. So this will be a great advantage for the Australian team.Micheal Clarke won't be struggling too much as he had already captained some matches.Hoping for an exciting thriller matches between the two teams.

Hi,
I don't agree with you .The Aussies have been more dominant in the recent years. They have won WORLD CUP consecutively under the captaincy of Ricky Ponting. They are some of the difficult opponents in the International cricket. They have fast pacers, intelligent batsmen and talented fielders. They always try to keep the pressure on the opponents. The AUSSIES are struggling in this series due to some injury blows and rest of senior players.I agree that the Indian team is the best but after certain years when the senior players retire,INDIANS will be also struggling for a while.
