I am working with someone. He is basically good buddy and worker. He has been working for the company where I am working more than three weeks. Today, I went back to work after three days off and this morning my friend came very late and his reason that he was quite tired, cos no one submitted him for three days. I told him that he should not work more than eight hours because we were just two of us working here. So, I said that he didn't have to work more than eight hours. In short, I was angry and very disappointed with him. But, I knew really that I didn't need to lose temper such that. Moreover, he spoke the whole truth about his reason that he didn't have a courage to leave his work with no assistance. So, guys do you think that if it was necessary to burst him out for the reason of late. Meanwhile he worked very serious and good.
