I don't think there is "real" love at first sight. Nine times out of ten, guys that find a girl attractive lust for them, not love. Don't know the other way around, because I'm not a girl :P There are also people who long, or desire someone after the first sight. This is the development of a crush. This crush can turn into a one sided love, and it could turn into something more if the person decides to chase after a person. There could be an instantaneous attraction if two people find each other attractive, and that would be the closest thing to love, but it still isn't "real" love.

I think love at first sight only happens to some people,though there is lust at first sight for quite a lot more people.I enjoy getting to know a person first even if its just friendship.Personality and humour are what I love. A woman I once worked with who had been married for many,many years told me that with her husband it was lust at first sight and learnt to love him over the years they were married. I guess its different for everyone,but isn't that true of any situation we find ourselves in.
