I to use a free website design and hosting program which works well for me if anyone wants it go to my profile and scroll down the banners there until you see the dancing sheep, the top banner on there is a site also made with that site so that will give you an idea.

there are sites that really offers free webhosting especially for those who love to put time on designs and posts. before you concentrate on the lay out,be concerned of the content first. the web content is the first one to be given focus on since the main motive is to attract readers and build traffic for your site. so i suggest that focus on the content first before you arrange and put finishing touches on everything.

i think both posting and design are important,,,i suggest u to make ur first post in your website before u customize your website appereance,,,because during design u can test your posting look like to set as your preference,,,can u share what CMS you use to setup your website? are u use joomla, wordpress or other ?
