Is diet coke good for health?

I don't think so... coke? are you sure? In Indonesia coke can be functioning as rust cleaner...

I can't think of one thing that is in diet coke that could remotely be beneficial for one's health! If nothing else I have always felt like they were really bad for you. They have all kinds of poisons that the body has to absorb and then discard! It overworks your body and that's the least of its effects!

I serously doubt that coke can do good for our health. We don't know what they put in their mixture than I do not trust much!
