why is that looks sometimes can be deceiving?

When i'm meeting new people, friends etc. i always deceived by there looks. don't know why, maybe thats my personality.. when i see people that are good looking i salso that there good inside.. but that was wrong!!! now i'd learned my lessons..
have you experienced this one too? how you able to handle it?

Quite often my friend as I try and find good in all people to later learn of their deceitful ways.
It does not preclude me from continuing to be hopeful, I just try to be a bit cautious.

that's nice.. playing safe is the best way...lol
