Oh, I feel and act so much younger than I am, I embarrass my son..lol I believe this is due to good DNA as well as taking care of myself, watch what I eat and get plenty of sleep, exercise and I am still learning. I started taking college classes this fall and this is making me feel even younger having to deal with a much younger generation..:)

For me it depends a lot on the day. On gray days I feel one thoudsandyears old. My joints hurt, my heart soars, I´d like to bury myself under a giant pillow.
On sunny days I´m young and happy. I shine with the sun.
I try my best to save money to go away on Winter. Sometimes I have managed to be at a beautiful beach by the Caribbean while at home people are shivering and wearing ugly dark clothes.
By the way, my ID says I´m 65 years old. I almost never feel that age. It´s either a lot more or a lot less.
