Free website with no template?

I am looking to have get a free website but many have free templates and I don't want them. I am looking to put on my own page but I don't want the "help". What site offers free website with no templates?

there is no free sites you will have to pay but not much if you want it to look the way you want. i use wordpress for my site and i just have a theme installed that i like so it looks the way i want it cost me 9.98 a month to keep it running i maybe changing services soon though.

Most free website allow you upload your own. I know weebly does so you may want to check that one out.
