What is the most delicious cake that you've tasted?

I really love sweets and one of my favorite is the cake. In my upcoming birthday, I would like to taste a very luscious cake that would really make me happy in my special day. I have also tasted some Ice cream cake and I also like this combination. Do you have any suggestion for that? What is the most luscious and tempting cake that you've tasted? Please share... Thanks!

The cake at my second wedding. I had a friend whose father was a cake-maker and what a cake he made. It had some rum in it. I would almost get married again just to eat that cake again. I said almost!

Wow! That is cool, I might also like it. I have tasted a chocolate with Champagne and it was really good and now a cake with a rum something unique... hmmm I think I will try to look for a cake like it. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hi supermommyjem!
I remember one day when I was asked if I would like to buy a cake made not by professional bakers but by ordinary people. I've always loved Black Forest but this one wasn't. But I consented because the proceeds from the sale would benefit some underprivileged students of a school. It was just an ordinary brownie but that was the best brownie I've ever tasted.

I think the best ingredient that you've tasted there is the good proceeds that it will make. I also loved brownies especially after eating a salty dish.

Couple of weeks back on my friend's wedding; I had a slice of this delicious cake. It's a 3 layer strawberry with cream cheese icing in between the layers, melted milk chocolate drizzled on the top and it was served with a scoop of homemade French vanilla ice cream on the side. It tastes like heaven.

It is really tempting to taste that cake from your description.. I imagine heaven :).. I wonder what's the name of the cake but I believe that it is not an ordinary flavor cake available in the market.

It's not an ordinary cake available in the market. The cake is custom made cake especially for the wedding. It's a famous sweet house in town. They are specialized in making wedding cakes since 1986.

My favorite type of cake is marble cake. It has just the right mix of flavors. It has been my favorite ever since i was kid and it will most likely continue to be. I haven't tasted anything better yet...
