Love or Lust?

Guys, we sometimes are easily saying love without ability to differentiate it with lust. We know it is different, theoretically. But its implementation is quiet difficult. According to your opinion, what is the different between love and lust? true love and desire?

Love to me is an actual beautiful feeling, while lust is the act of thinking it is love.
See love is an actual emotional feeling which encamps our every thought. Lust on the other hand is just a thought and once it is gone it is gone for good. Whereas Love even if no longer in love it is unforgettable.

Well I believe that youre way older than me, the phrase was ment only to assault you not to know your actual age :)

Well lust for a girl can lead to relationship called love..
BTW are you american?! Its just I have these stereotypes in my head because of american teen movies my younger sister watches. You assaulted me with youre reply in indirect manner :)))

Okay, so this is just my opinion:
Lust: Does not only pertain to people but also things like books/phones/food. Lust is a passing feeling - it's this great need of something or someone, but after you get it and have had your fill, you feel nothing anymore. All the feelings of "love" die out.
Love: It's eternal. It's endless and even if you get what/who you want, the care, love, admiration is still present. Like when you marry. It's lust when you marry someone and you suddenly feel numb or emotionless towards your spouse. It's called love when you still feel the same way about someone even after you've satisfied your desires/wants.
And usually, lust is used for negative things. Like wanting too much of what you aren't allowed to have.

Well you wery well reviewed opion of the whole society, because almost everyone understends love and lust like you explained.
Lust in many ways is accepted as something bad.... Its even one of the " deadly sins" most people agree to them aswell.
Well of course its just a moment , but I think its the closest thing to being real emotion, something not controled by pure mind and will, its something like a little instinct.Feeling lust for something/ someone could be the best possitive feeling u can get even if its for a moment , and did you know emotion is something that follows after your imagination and lasts for a moment.
About youre explained love it would be great if something like that would really work out so well, but peaople accepting love like that cant take its loss , their whole world breaks down, they do many horrible things , do you understand where im getting? Thats the reason I dont like it.

The simplest way to tell the difference between Lust and Love is that Lust is the urge to procreate and Love is the need to protect and nuture.

Ill make it short .. Love isnt a emotion , its sefldeveloped from pleasure( lust is tehre too ) while can be described as a feeling or emotion. And tru love I believe is something that a bucnh of girls invented. Desire like " I want you right here and now ?!" If thats it , then isnt it the same like lust? I think its there, lets not be scketchy about words .. the feeling expreses almoust the same way
