Some people who drive really shouldn't have licenses.

In a whole working week, I rarely see an accident while out on the roads.
Today it's Sunday and usually quiet, but some roads are closed and there are heavy backlogs in several places.
Some drivers really shouldn't be on the road and a few of them proved this today.
While I didn't witness anything myself, I passed by not one, but 4 accidents on the way home, and that is a half an hour drive.
The first one was a minor fender bender, didn't see any damage to either car, yet both drivers were wandering around, one on the sidewalk talking to people outside their house and the other driver was wandering around in the middle of the road.
A little farther up, we turned the corner, and I saw a tow truck flying down the street. I looked back behind me and saw a car that had smashed into a fence and shrubs. The car had hit its front end but for some reason, the back bumper had fallen off. I don't know if they were hit from behind and forced off the road, I didn't have time to see if there were other cars around.
After we passed that, a tow truck nearly clipped us in an attempt to pass us, flying up the street. We found out why he was in such a rush when an unmarked cruiser whipped past us a couple of minutes later.
We saw a taxi had been hit from the rear by a minivan driver. The woman driving the minivan was clearly not paying attention to what she was doing when she hit him. And she was clearly going fast enough to set off her air bags.
We turned onto another road and it was pretty busy. We saw the flashing lights of fire trucks and ambulances, and changed lanes as there were tow trucks in the lane we were in. We slowly passed the wreckage of a car, its hood had fallen off as a result of the impact. There were 2 other cars involved, but they didn't have much damage to them. The driver of the wrecked car was being extracted, he was clearly injured.
It makes me wonder how some people get licenses sometimes.

I totally agree with you some people should not be able to drive at especially those who have to go way over the speed limit in a small city on a small street! And the number one on the list of should not ever be able to drive or even given a second chance to drive after a certain amount of time is DRUNK DRIVERS!!!! Well stay safe my friend and try to avoid crazy road raged drivers!! There are so many out there!! Have a good day!!
