Nowadays grownups like around age of mid 20's and up usually don't drink milk. Most people think milk are just for babies, children or sometimes elderly.
For me i still drink 2 glasses of milk a day plus a hot choco a day as well. Well i'm a very athletic person, i go to the gym 5days a week, i run marathons, so i practice running 2-3days a week. I need all the energy i can get just to keep me up in all the things i do. Of course aside from this sports activities i have my own business to run.
So who's got milk?

I absolutely love milk! I have my days that I drink 4-5 glasses of milk a day, and I have days that I have none at all. It's kind of hard for me though, I'm lactose intolerant but I also have osteoarthritis so I need the calcium in it.

I have the same problem as well (lactose intolerant). But i really love milk so i studied everything about the reaction of my body on each milk then i found out i don't get a lot of problem when i drink "bear brand" (it's a brand of milk here in the Philippines). But the moment i drink other brand of milk, well everything gets rough on me.

I admit, I am a 30 year old milkaholic. I hear it all the time about the amount of milk I drink because I literally drink it by the gallon. I am a pretty busy person and I have a job where I am moving heavy stuff all day (probably because I am the big boy and I have muscles that can handle the work). Most of the time, milk is the only thing that can help sooth my body after I have beaten it up all day, but I just ended up down entire gallons. I tried other things, but nothing else work like milk. It's like throwing water on a fire. Then I heard it's good for muscle recovery and building (probably why I am so big). I have gotten comfortable walking around with a gallon in my hand even though people do say something about it. Most wonder if I am going to drink it or how long does it take. If I am going through a craving, minutes. I also hear about how I drink more than entire families (that is true). This addiction started when I was playing football, and people laughed because I was drinking milk, but they never realized I was getting bigger, stronger, faster, and heavier, therefore, difficult to stop. Some farmer is getting rich off of me. In fact, I have drunk so much milk that I do not remember when was the last time I drunk it out of a glass. They will have to outlaw milk drinking for me to stop, and even then it is debatable.

That's good hear somebody that age still drinks milk. Most of the time when people start working they have coffee rater than milk. Well for me, i don't drink coffee. I rather have milk, i get more nutrition on that compare to coffee.
You're right, the more you drink milk the more it helps you getting bigger and stronger. Because milks got a lot of nutrition just for example protein. The milk i'm drinking have 14g of protein per serving, just the right amount i needed to get me bigger.

We try to always have milk in the house. Hubby and I prefer 1% and our son likes it as well. I usually drink a couple of glasses a day. Women are especially at risk of having osteoporosis when they get older and I need to keep my calcium levels up so I won't have to deal with that some day.

Good to hear that! Well nothing will happen if we drink milk rather than not drinking and have problems when you get old.
Let's drink to that! Thanks guys!

I'd love to drink milk every day, but alas, I'm allergic to moo juice. And it's too bad because I still think that it's the best source of calcium and helps in keeping your weight healthy. I can't even drink my beloved chocolate milk. :(

Oh that's too bad. I'm sorry to hear that. Yeah you're right about that benefit of milk, aside from calcium you also gets energy and protein from it. It helps you stay strong specially during these rainy season as well as keep your immune system stronger.
