If not, then what are the cheapest, easiest, most secure exchangers you can recommend? Please highlight which attribute (cheapest/easiest/secure) suits best your recommendation(s). Please note that I intend to buy e-currency via credit card only.

If you're from Australia, you can fund your LR account with credit card with eForexGold exchanger. If you are not from Australia, I would also recommend checking them as they have local cash deposits for some countries and are well-known for fast and reliable service.
