Look at the spam, and sometimes the confirmation take a few minutes to go in your E-mail. Search for the e-mail in your account too. I just finish that problem here, because my confirmation take 2 days for arrive.

I think you still not yet verified member in that site. Therefor I suggest to confirm your email and your problem being solved...
If you can't receive any notification from the site. Send a support ticket so that they send you an email confirmation...

First of all be active in the site for few days.Complete your first 15 to 20 comments on threads.Since you have joined yesterday.So be patient.They will give you a chance to post on a thread.This is my fourth day in the site.Today I have got the chance to post.No need for that email verification and all those stuffs.Hope this tips works for you.Have a nice day.
