i don't know about withdraw dollars from amazon gift certificate balance without buying any goods from amazon.Please inform about i will be very grateful to u....

For Amazon.com gift cards, they can only be used to buy items off Amazon, you cannot convert them to cash.

I guess you could try to sell it or something on a site like Craigslist or sell it to someone you know who shops on Craigslist..Otherwise you might be stuck with it! Next time you should cash out for PayPal money or a check if you have the option..

I think Amazon Gift Certificate cannot be converted to other means such as converting to cash. You can just find people who wanted to buy something at Amazon and they can just pay you for it. I do this method sometimes.
