Traffic Exchange in PTP... / myLot

HOw will i earn more using traffice exhanges in PTP like Donkeymails? Many people uses traffice exchange where they can just earn .35 - .70 credits when they can earn 1-8 credit to surf the main site? I am really confused. Can someone please give me a light. Thank you in advance. Happy Mylotting.

All I know is, that PTP won't allow to use Traffic Exchange.Cause most PTP need a real visitor to the page, not just a viewer.
