Do you think people are born naturally "good at music" or "good at maths"?

Some people say we are born the way we are and we can't change ourselves. Other people say we learn everything from our experiences and our environment. What do you think?

I think some people have natural skills for stuff, I know I do anyway. So I would be surprised if others didn't as well. But that does not mean that you cannot learn to be good at something, like maths or music or whatever, it just requires a bit more work.
