The best way to lose weight is reduce your intake of food so cut down the size of your meals but make sure you still have 3 meals a day. To more walking so you walk up the stairs instead of taking a lift and this will help you lose weight.

My suggestions do some kind of exercise 30 minutes a day. Pick an exercise you like, as if we suggest something you dislike there is no way you will stick to it. Drink 1 glass of water before a meal, as you will eat less helping you lose weight. Eat vegetables as many people don't serve them every meal. They are low in calories and I now eat them first on my plate.

In my country, fortunatly, there are always veggies on season. Not all of them of course, but what I do is to process them and freeze them to have more posibilities of making diffrent foods. In also happens with fruits and thatmakes a nice dessert instead of dessertsd with added sugar.
You can make nice soups with all kinds of veggies. They are nourishing, filling yet they will help your diet. Today I also ate a salad made with arugule from my garden, one radish and some bought lettuce. I only take away from the lettuce the leaves that I will eat. that way I eat it all.
Legumes are another way of eating well, filling as pastabut a lot more nutritious and with less calories ( and not so expensive either). I buy dry legumes and soak them and boil the whole kilo for 10 minutes in a pressure cooker. Then I freeze it in packs of the size I will use. Boiled beans are wonderful for a minestrone made with a chicken carcass soup, lots of veggies (a bit of this and a bit od that) pesto and some parmesan cheese on top. It´s a complete meal, unexpensive, well balanced and good to mantain a nice figure.
Exersise is a good way to shed some pounds but you don´t have to go jogging about in your neighborhood. I put some music (rock oldies from my youth) and start doing my chores dancing. It helps.

One way to lose weight is to increase your water intake by just drinking 8 glasses or close to it. Drinking water flattened my tummy to my liking now its just my thighs .. .
Oh another way is to drink green tea I didnt understand why everyone said to do this but I now understand after drinking it quite often. Drinking it is good because it gives you energy to excercise. I just drank a cup and was on my eliptical bike for 30 minutes about. Its good for fast fast energy!
