Take a deep breath, stay calm, stay away from others. Give yourself some time to be alone so you can think. Think before you speak because you might say something you don't really mean. Then talk to someone and let it all out. You'll be relieved if you express your feelings without hurting someone else.

I`m a man that gets angry hard, but this is after a lot of years while i was sensible . When i was young i was just the oposite person . One day i`ve decided to be more confident in my power and from that day, step by step i became a strong man ( not my body ) . I think that you can control your temper if you are strong enought, if you have enough confidence in your power . You shouldn`t listed all the words that are hurting you, you should be able to let them pass without any reaction , but sure that everyone has a limit .

If at all possible, I head as far away from the situation as possible. Getting out of the room and not having to look at the offending party does wonders in helping calming my nerves. Granted, by the time I actually lose my temper, I am not really thing in a rational manner, but I try and keep a cool head long enough not to yell or worse at a person that I am dealing with.
Still there are sometimes where you can't just walk away given the situation. I try and take a deep breath and close my eyes for a minute and hope that the person gets the hint that I am trying not to lose my cool with them. Of course, there are many times where they don't, but I should at least make the effort and not try and fan the flames.

Whenever I loose my temper I just think regarding my parents. This makes me relax and become cool again. Anywayz it varies from person to person and the way for reconciliation is different for everyone.

I try to divert my mind to something else.I try to count ten then if i'm still angry, i give vent to my anger. It is best we tell firmly and assertively rather than give an outburst. As we age its not advisable to get too angry as it might take a toll on our health.
