You can run but you can't hide...

I regularly jog in the morning and in the evening. Even if I did this regularly, I still have to lost paces with some of the joggers. Sometimes I run instead of jog but when breathing runs out I stop. I run leaving the joggers behind but when I'm already tired I'm trying to hide but I can't. Still, they left me behind their paces.

Hi. cinjhoxmyltc. I tire easily when I jog. I know for a fact that I can't maintain my jogging pace either. I will be left behind as well. Jogging makes me sluggish and weary like.

hello cinjhoxmyltc! i was wondering about your title and what it means..well, jogging, as with all other exercises needs some practice. you can't expect to keep up with those who regularly practice it,more so if you have no proper warm-up exercises to fuel your activity. If you're not up to it, health-wise too, you will still feel yourself out of breath when you do jog or run. There is our way of doing things and the way others do it, but most importantly, there is a proper way to do it and that's what you have to learn and practice, so you can keep up with other joggers. happy mylotting!

well, I think that you need a PROPER running exercises. so when you decided to jog/run set your target like how far you want to run and the most important thing is you should measure your time using stopwatch. Make sure you note your time and try to run faster until you get your desired target of time. Then, when you`re feeling the distance is already too easy for you, you should increase your distance of running. Do this periodically and it will give you the effect. just put in your mind that you must do this periodically, or this whole thing will be useless
