Are you still reading books?

I still love reading. I go to the library or buy books a lot. When I buy books I tend to buy them online more than at bookstores or book sales, though I do get some that way still. I will admit, though, that having interent at home does keep me occupied a lot, which takes away from the amount of time I spend reading.

Someone said to me that books are the lives of people in your hand. Nice thought. I read about 100 books a year. A really great one I read every day is The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale. It's kinda old but still has a good message in it. http://www.SolicitorsInBournemouth.com

I think you'll find there are lots of readers here on mylot! Some choose to read ebooks and others still like to hold a book in their hand.I still have lots of books and still go to the bookstore to purchase them. I also purchase lots of books on line.

i seldom do. i lately borrowed books from my cousin. i am usually searching online because i get updated issues and less expensive for me.

First of all congrats on your very first post! Welcome to mylot! About topic, yes I still read books. I LOVE BOOKS!! But I can't read them as often as Ido before, because I am busy mylotting and on other online stuffs. I used to read a book all the time. All kind of books, but mostly novels wherever I am. I miss reading books but I just can't find enough time to do it lately.

I am a book worm, I cannot live without books. Collecting books inspires my life to move on and face each challenges.

Yes, I most certainly am still reading books. I've been reading books since I was a kid. I've always enjoyed it. I think that I'd have a hard time not reading books anymore. I think that it would take a lot for me to do this.

Yes! I'm definitely a reader. I love books. I love the look, feel and smell of books. I also of course enjoy the story inside. :-) I also love visiting the local library as well as book stores to purchase books! Definitely one of my favorite hobbies is reading.

Oh yes! I love books and reading, and I read a book every day. These days, I am also reading e-books though. But I still prefer regular books.
