HELP : SAMSUNG S5230 - user lock to unlock please

I think there is no option for this and you have do a FACTORY SETTINGS RESTORE. Or you can press *0206*3855# or *2767*3855# to totally reset the master chip. This is almost like formatting a system. But later, you can get the lock released. BUT THE BIG PROBLEM IS THAT YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR CONTACTS AND MESSAGES STORED. SO KEEP A BACK UP BEFORE DOING THIS.
